I dropped in last night, after reading some others here posting
about it. So I went over and had some laughs, gave my likes to
the people I like. I also made a very much ON TOPIC post about
how I have a sister that has a cough and could this have been
her? Once she gets into a coughing fit, it's hard to stop and I
can see it's hard on her.
It's been removed. No idea why.

That's odd. I'd say a majority of the comments on that column
were some form of information via personal experience. There was
even a recipe for a cough remedy.

I saw earlier this evening that Hax was at 1.2K comments. Now
it's down to 1.1K
The Grim Reapers are at work.
But after perusing the comments, they're as dry as sawdust.
That's what happens when you remove anything with a spark of
life in it.

That isn't a huge number for FB. Plus, what really "counts" is
the number of daily interactions there. How many people go to
her page, post, whatever each day. But, yeah, maybe that makes
her feel good.

Pretty sure that got removed. Along with other medical advice
for people who didn't need medical advice from people who aren't
their doctors.

Do you have any idea why? A lot of the things that seemed to be
deleted didn't seem to me to be offensive or OT

My guess from what I have seen:
• Things that are offensive/OT/out of line (I've had a couple of
posts deleted, including the pre-cursor to getting the info to
Cococo on how to find us here)
• Things that are technically on-topic but the experiences are
"too personal" and will lead back down that slippery slope of
community building because you know about each other's personal
lives again! (except that this is Community 2.0 with some all
new members, but 2nd verse, same as the first.)
