I read this on CNN and ran out to get some D3. I have already
been diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions. I’m waiting on
the fish oil until I can discuss it with my PCP.
Now I just need to take them.

This is a preventation study. Do ask your PCP about the
dosages. Individual autoimmune diseases may have their own
particular optimal dosage levels because of how vitamin D3 may
interact specifically with that process. My friend with
psorasis takes really, really high levels of vitamin D3 just
because of that. I wouldn't need that and it could be dangerous
for me. (And yes, already have one autoimmune disease and a
family history of more.)
I saw a paper by a neurologist who said he felt that prolonged
vitamin D insufficiency needed to be treated with more than just
vitamin D, namely also taking a B50 complex. He had good results
prescribing it for his patients.

Here
it is. It's a hypothesis and trial study so far.
"Pantothenic acid becomes coenzyme A, a cofactor necessary for
cortisol and acetylcholine production. 1950s experiments
suggested a connection between pantothenic acid deficiency,
autoimmune arthritis and insomnia. The B vitamins have been
shown to have an intestinal bacterial source and a food source,
suggesting that the normal intestinal microbiome may have always
been the primary source of B vitamins. Review of the scientific
literature shows that pantothenic acid does not have a natural
food source, it is supplied by the normal intestinal bacteria.
In order to test the hypothesis that vitamin D replacement
slowly induced a secondary pantothenic acid deficiency, B100
(100mg of all B vitamins except 100mcg of B12 and biotin and
400mcg of folate) was added to vitamin D supplementation."
"Three months of vitamin D plus B100 resulted in improved sleep,
reduced pain and unexpected resolution of bowel symptoms"
This is what made me take vitamin B complex along with vitamin D
over a year ago.
Hyperoxaluria-- excess oxalates in urine can be hereditary (and
sometimes it responds to vitamin B6 supplements), dietary, OR it
can be caused by malabsorption in the bowel (enteric.)
(Sometimes could mean vitamin B6 helps, it's been used for that
although studies on its precise effectiveness are lacking.)
So, increased vitamin B6 (pyroxidine) just may explain why the
bowel symptoms improve. I've had some issues with excess
oxalates in urine, probably a combo of diet and enteric issues,
when I cut back on B vitamins, so I'm going to be asking about
that too.

I've got some things that I need to take every day, starting
about a month ago, and the only reason I've been able to keep up
with it is that I portion them out into little Tupperware
containers every weekend, and each morning when I pack my lunch,
I drop one in. If I forget -- beings as morning IS really early
in the day and my brain doesn't always kick in just because I'm
upright and moving around -- I can see that evening that I still
have X-number of containers, and take that day's ration of pills
at dinner.
I thought about getting one of those elongated pill boxes with a
space for every day, but I do better with the really smol
individual ones. Something like this:

I'm very bad at taking daily meds unless they are either
prosecco or THC gummies. My personal history is rife with
examples of things I tried and failed to make a regular thing:
Vitamin D, glucosamine, shark cartilage, fish oil, turmeric . .
.
The one historical exception was oral b/c, which I took every
day at 5:50PM because I had an alarm set on my watch. All of my
friends used to tease me about it, but hey, it worked.
I don't seem to have any trouble remembering the THC gummy.
Odd.

This would definitely work as far as getting the cat a treat at
the appointed time and it would definitely fail because then I'd
still not take the disgusting fish oil.

Well, yeah, I can't help on the fish oil capsule. That thing was
gross. Fortunately determined that I really didn't need it
anyway.
But on the other stuff....
