No - as long as you have SOME strategy in mind, it's not blind
luck of what the first word is. (Just had an in-depth discussion
of this the other day with my sisters. I will spare you the
recap. ;) )

If I am stragegizing, tears probably has a near optimal
collection of most frequent letters.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm thinking because these are supposed
to be solvable in 6 moves or less, statistically they won't be
using words with only the letters with the highest frequencies
since they may have too many anagrams. Just 1-3 letters tops,
maybe none.

They repeat letters too, like yesterday and abbey, which I was
sure was alley.
I've played many many words at the other site and they run the
gamut from all popular letters to none.

I have ample endless addictive games as it is and I picked up
