Someone caught my Holmes in action!! :D
He continued on his way around the walls of the room, flew
around the backs of the dining table chairs, scattering them
back away in his wake, and came to a screeching halt, sliding
off the top of the fridge.

Okay, I'm impressed! We used to have one who would bank off the
sofa in order to make the turn into the hallway at full speed,
and then he'd slide on the linoleum and crash into the linen
closet door. That must have been great fun because he did it
all the time. Sometimes he'd scramble enough on the linoleum to
take a left into my roommate's bedroom and go over the bed,
scattering pillows in all directions; he'd make a U-turn on the
other side and head back out, and if her laundry basket was in
the middle of the floor, he always blasted through it with
clothes going everywhere.
He was a big, rambunctious, high-energy youngster, and after one
or two of those enjoyable trips through the house, he usually
found the door opened for him and one or the other of us
shouting, "OUT! OUTSIDE! Go beat up somebody's car! Go play
in the median! OUT!"
