Shrimp Stir Fry (Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine)

Since I love the Holland House chicken marsala recipe (on the
bottle of marsala cooking wine), I tried this recipe, also on
their bottle of sherry cooking wine. It was excellent, fast and
very easy. The dish cooks in about the time that it takes to
make the rice. I made a couple comments and modifications from
their recipe - substituted different veggies when I made it,
added a touch of ginger. We like a lot of sauce, so I also
       recommend doubling the sauce ingredients.
