Bezos Sues Nasa over Moon Landing Contract

Because the man's ego is outrageous and he is DETERMINED to be
the first to dominate outer space. I mean, it's not like Musk
doesn't have the same ambitions. But dude, you already lodged
protests and lost. This is like Trump going to court for
recounts.

I don't pretend to know whether Blue origin is in fact the
better company or has the better proposal, but it wouldn't
exactly surprise me to discover that the procurement process is
rigged. Dunno if a lawsuit can fix this.
It all does kind of reek of sour grapes.

I really haven't followed this and all the government contract
procurement I've done has nothing to do with NASA. I will say
though even the comparatively simple government projects I've
worked on would take hundreds of pages to explain any given bid
evaluation, so I'd probably take any news article with several
grains of salt.
That being said I don't much like the guy and find this whole
idea of suing incredibly annoying and wasteful.

Proving, once again, that money does not buy happiness.
It can help you find peace -- or not -- but happiness is
internal.
Edited to add: I sit here wrestling with the word proving since
it is only one more anecdote to pile on that side off the
anecdote scale -- barely even circumstantial evidence -- and
sometimes I wish I could stop these silly trains of thought.

He's rich, he can afford it. I'm not thrilled with the fact
that his suit will take up court time and NASA funds, though.

If he wants to be the first to dominate outer space, he'd better
work on a time machine, not a rocket, because he's half a
