Fudge Weekend 2021

So it's almost that time! I think I've mentioned here, but
every year my family makes fudge for coworkers/friends/etc.
We've whittled down the list, and here are this year's flavors:
Dark chocolate
Peanut butter
Dark chocolate with Heath pieces
Chocolate mint (made with Andes candies)
Lemon
Pistachio
Penuche
All are made using the basic Fluff recipe, with some tweaks
depending on flavor. If you'd like any recipe specifics, I'll
be happy to share!

It's going to be extra Heath, too. I bought two bags of the
Heath pieces, and plan to melt some with the chocolate, sprinkle
some as we are pouring into the pans, and put the rest on top.
It's going to be a bitch and a half to cut, and likely the
pieces won't be square, but I'm guessing delicious.

The lemon is with white chocolate and lemon curd. It's one of
my favorites!
