Bakery Expansion

Well, it was bound to happen, our annual cookie baking
extravaganza is going to now be a two day experience as we have
through marriages and such added 12 extra people/households to
our list and nobody died this year.
So this weekend I am all booked up making cookies.
Two days.
By the time I 'retire' this will probably be a week long thing

We have 14 different types of xmas cookies, well 13 and some
chocolate chips.

The trick this year was to make sure we ordered the irish butter
and other ingredients early.

Oooh I will take cookie recipes though! I haven't started
thinking about holiday cookies beyond that I should make some
holiday cookies.
Errrr... Maybe on another thread though. To avoid the Wrath of
the Dude.

Did you see that King Arthur is offering 20% off for purchases
over $100? Or something like that — there are two tiers, and
both are a good deal.

Mischief managed, all the tins are full, boxed and being dropped
off at ups tomorrow.
Quality control has left us both cookied out.
