       Pecan pie without corn syrup

       There's a post somewhere about pecan pie without corn syrup. Our
       Thanksgiving guests don't eat processed sugar, so I sweetened my
       pies with maple syrup or honey. Made this maple syrup sweetened
       pecan pie

       Not sickly sweet as they often are. I made a 10" pie and had to
       double the recipe to fill the pie shell

       I made one once using Lyle's Golden Syrup and it was very good.
