It took me FOREVER to find today's pangram. And then I was
really embarrassed at how long it took me to find it when I did.

Yup, I’m bragging, got QB in less than an hour yesterday.
Today is a different story, I am stuck at genius 34 words 112
pts.

I usually aim for Genius, rather than trying to find every

Oh, sure, I'd bet they accept "grass" or "sorghum" and "wheat"
when the letters allow, but ignore "milo". It's a perfectly
legitimate grain, for Pete's sake! Or is it a word that's become
some kind of slur when I wasn't looking?

Threadjacking but the acrostic is kind of ridiculous today. I
usually think the clues are fair, but these are all vague with a
question mark.

Huh. I could have sworn it always said "Play to the highest
level" before. Maybe if you hit the pangrams they just assume
you're a genius?
If I didn't love doing the crossword, I wouldn't be paying for
spelling bee, but the crossword does it for me.
Well, yeah, and I pay for the articles (separately).
