A propos of the discussion on "Donnie Darko" a few pages back,
today's WaPo has a tribute to the film on the 20th anniversary
of its release. Still deemed a classic! Good to know. Since I
just rewatched it, I can say it's lost none of its allure. :)

I keep asking people what the lowest rank in the Army is, but
they won't answer. All they say is, "It's private."

I thought my friend the DI was discharged for fraternization. He
said they caught him playing with his privates.
