Breaking News: I am a dork.
This morning I was in a rush to log on for my 8am Zoom pilates
class.
Bigmouth classmate: "Who's 'muskrat' ?!"
Me: ::)
I'd totally forgotten to change my Zoom screen name back to my
real name after I'd popped in to say hello to the Haxnuts during
the Sat night Zoom call (tsk).

Dear Noodles the Pug:
How did I not know until now that millions of people tune every
day to see whether you stand up after you wake up (a "bones
day"), or flop back down in your bed (a "non-bones day") ?
And then people arrange their plans based on whether it's a
bones or no bones day.
Little dude, you rock: Have a great no bones day, buddy.

There are a small number of people who check instagram or fb
once a week to see if it's going to be a good week or a bad
week, based on whether I finish the crossword in the Austin
Chronicle in the time between placing our order at the Omelettry
and its arrival at our table. #PunxatawneeMe

I dunno. They might have had more success sending a text
message. If you're concerned about preserving your phone's
battery, picking up what is likely someone trying to sell you an
extended warranty on your car is not something you want to do.
