Bella 🐈‍⬛

Her many nicknames include Hells Bells, Bella Bad Cat, Bella-Me
(Bel Ami), Bella-the-Ball, and mostly just Bells. She has a deep
love for my middle brother (of three) whom she sees maybe twice
a year, and just about no one else. She sees herself as the
Queen Bee and would definitely off with some heads if she could.
She was found in a Walmart parking lot in north Louisiana at
about three and a half weeks old, in poor shape. I took over the
next day from the one who found her and took some unscheduled
vacation time just to keep her alive. For all that, she
tolerates me, but will often beg random people in the house to
save her. I love her dearly anyway. Bella is fifteen now and
showing her age (she wakes me to put her in my bed a hundred
times a night) but she's still a pretty, floofy girl.

I am SUCH a sucker for a cat with green eyes! The half-Maine
Coons who shared the house with me both had peridot-green eyes,
the color of which were just stunning, but I LOVE Bella's deep
forest-green shade! That is gorgeous!

We had to say good bye to sweet (now and then) Bella on Friday.
She was queen of her universe for 17 years, 7 months.
