Brussels sabzi
Halved and roasted with other veg, then tossed with za'atar and
drizzled with tahina
Kung pao Brussels (Cookie and Kate)
Roasted Brussels with pistachio and lime (Bon Appetit)
Brussels and kimchi fried rice
Orecchiete with Brussels and mushrooms (Kenji Lopez-Alt)
Sheet pan pierogies with Brussels and kimchi (NYT)

They will live. Carrots,, celery, and fruit aren't the end of
days. But don't ask them that!

My daughter has guinea pigs, and we've been reliably finding
bags of kale at BJs - other stores, not so much.

This is BJs — they've been our most reliable too, up until the
past month+.

This sounds really tasty, I’ll have to try it next time I have
Brussels sprouts.
Side note, bought a pomegranate for the first time recently.
Husband was extremely doubtful as he did not like pomegranate
juice the one time he tasted it. Well, he liked the fresh
pomegranate, and now I’m planning on planting a pomegranate tree
in the yard at his request. 😂. Once I can find the right
cultivar for us. I have my eye on a specific nursery, but they
are currently out of stock.

My cryovials are now expected in mid April. I have come up with
a temporary alternative but it is a bit of a PITA. I will get
the work done, I will just be kinda annoyed about it. Since we
decided to wait out the backorder on supplies, now I am behind
on sample analysis. At least I can finally get started catching
up.

Common sense. It's been out of stock in too many places
everywhere in the world.
Sorry to be flippant on such a dire issue, but I'm full and I
know I have enough for weeks. TP too. China is buying up a lot
of food worldwide, though, and that is affecting things, it
seems.
I do just wish people were more vaccinated so I didn't have to
worry about a late surge hitting right when I need to return
post-op next week.
