And, fwiw, try another vendor. I had a 6 week wait on getting
an oven/stove part, and I later found out that if I hadn't gone
through the manufacturer, I could have had it repaired within
1-2 weeks.
But you all really came through for me with slow cooker and
other recipes!!! Still grateful. :)

Yes, I'd search the appliance repair places on the internet.
Some of them maintain inventory. If you can find out the part
number you might be able to find it and have it shipped to you.

Lime juice.... Again. If you don't want to but the really
expensive small bottles from Safeway or giant. I went to two
stores this month in an effort to locate the budget
brand/bottles. No luck. This isn't the first time its been
hard to find.

Safety testing. One of the primary safety testing centers in
Shanghai has been shutdown (covid breakout, again), and everyone
is scrambling to send their stuff to the other labs, and thus...
products are delayed because they can't ship until we have the
reports, and all labs are backed up. These are basically
standard things that expect to pass easily it's just that say,
now it's being produced in red instead of blue, and because each
has a unique identifier there has to be a report against that
identifier.
That's just within my company, so I expect this to be rippling
in several other companies/industries/etc.

Unsweetened hemp seed milk. I hate that vanilla stuff because
vanilla flavoring gives me a bit of an upset stomach. I may
have to switch vegan milks because this has gone on for 2 months
already.
