It is. I am. Bi. Always have been. Yes, I love my wife. Yes,
we've been monogamous for the past 22 years we've been together.
Yes, I'm still bi. No, I'm not after you.

One of my sisters is also and struggles with the feeling of
erasure when people insist that just because she's in a
monogamous relationship with her bf, she can't claim to be bi,
as if it somehow eradicates the fact that she is still attracted
to women.
Part of her coping strategy for that is that she comes out again
every year, even though all of us who know her know. Probably
there are only 2 or 3 people a year who might not know. But she
does it to support both people who are in relationships, and
people who struggle with being out in general. A voice of "Yeah,
me too. It's okay, you can say it/live it out loud".

As said elsewhere, having salad as an appetizer doesn't make me
a vegetarian! And almost none of us were asexual before we had
our first sexual relationship...

Swap "wife" for "husband" and "22" for "7" and that's me too!
Happy coming out day, y'all!
