We get peaches, but not for another few weeks.

Peach ice cream is on the list but I'm planning to use Ben and
Jerry's Georgia Peach recipe. I need to limit how many sweet
things I make at once, so I'm putting up peaches for later. The
dried ones came out really well.

That's the basis for the peaches and cream one that I make - I
just don't add the peach juice from the macerated peaches, so it
only comes across as a hint of it.

Peach ice cream is in process. I'll use the juice and I added an
extra peach. We prefer a strong peach flavor.
