Root beer spice cake

350°F oven and ~35 minutes (bundt pan)
I cheat and use a boxed spice cake mix
3 eggs (room temp)
3/4 c vegetable oil
12 oz bottle of root beer
2 tsps root beer extract - OPTIONAL but RECOMMENDED
Grease pan(s).
I like to mix the cake mix, eggs and oil for about 2 minutes,
until smooth.
Stop, scrape, mix for another 30 seconds or so
Add root beer and extract, Mix on low until incorporated, but
not too long or you may have batter everywhere
Bake in middle rack, about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes
out clean.
I don't bother with glaze or frosting unless someone REALLY
wants it. Personally, we find it terrific on its own or with a
little cream cheese.
So very easy!
