I wasn't watching the very first two hours, but I do like "Video
Killed the Radio Star" :)
There should have played it again as the last video when they
stopped doing music videos.

MTV began 1981! I remember being fascinated with music videos at
a friend’s house. I couldn’t afford cable so it was a treat for
me. The music only channels ended 12/2025.

There were 5 of us that hung out together a lot, and one of them
had cable. We would often go over to his house on Fridays just
to watch MTV
