Christian is SUCH a ham.
First Order of the Day:

Tribe Swap this early... interesting. Feels to me like
Production is not happy and does not want the tribes to get more
unbalanced than they already are. And maybe even that they
REALLY want to reallocate tribes so that some big fan favorites
are in less danger than they currently are.
Jeff is RAPPING??
Oops. Emily is not reacting well to Christian's info there...
I mean. I am sure that the fans voted for a tribe swap. But the
fans haven't seen where the current season is so they didn't
vote for THIS tribe swap.
Might have been interesting to watch Christian and Devins
scheming together for longer. But it's probably better for them
to be separated.
This is probably a good thing for Joe's survival in the game.
Coach and Colby and Joe on the same tribe though... I can see
drama formenting before they've even made it off the beach here.
I predict Q and Christian are going to bang heads. But I also
wonder how Ozzy is going to do without Cirie to run interference
for him.
Yes, Genevieve. the fans ALWAYS want to watch Chaos. Chaos is
entertaining to see what will happen next.

Ah. This might have also saved Chrissy who was wearing on her
tribe before. Joe and Colby are on the same kind of path. But
Coach... ugh. What he "believes in" and what he DOES are two
different things and this is going to go badly.
And he did not handle Chrissy well. He shoulda told her to chill
before the swap. And after the swap... ugh, that was a bad
delivery. Necessary message, but the delivery was BAD.
Glad to see she is recovering and getting her head around it and
figuring out that it could be good and useful info for her.

Cirie and Devins... sigh. And dayum. Dee and Jonathon are fast
to pitch Cirie overboard. I mean, yeah, they recognize her as
dangerous, but they're already done and she hasn't even finished

Emily is making good connections. and booya Christian is
targeted too.
I'm happy with this development.
And then she's getting paranoid because Q has done what Q does
and has come on way too strong.

I am not upset at all at Christian's game getting blown up. But
oh no at the counter planning now. Facepalm. Lots of facepalm.

Rizo thinking hard about who he SHOULD work with rather than
automatically trying to work with whoever approaches him.
But oh these people are all not using their information well or
carefully. They should be hoarding this until they have more
trust built. Yeez.

Reward/Immunity Challenge, we're at the point of combining them.

Kamila's voice is not loud or assertive enough for this
challenge.
Wait.. they just told the man who can see what he's doing not to
navigate them.
Wtf is Christian direction Ozzy and Q?
Apparently I wrong about Kamila because they are dominating
this. Especially when it came time to get the puzzle solved.
Cila gets their immunity before the other two even have their
puzzle pieces unlocked.
Kalo doing a better job of interpreting Chrissy's not that clear
instructions. Christian didn't even manage to get Vatu to the
first base piece right even though he kept saying "yes, that's
right".
Boom. Vatu headed for council and this is guaranteed to be
dramatic... 2 distinct sides in this tribe already.

Tribal Council

Jeff's questions always make it so obvious that production is
listening and knows what is going on. Oy.
Ha ha ha ha ha at Emily basically saying "I have no idea who I
am blindsiding but if it's you be happy you're still here! You
signed up for this, don't be mad about it!"
I do hope that it's Angelina going home because otherwise, as
much as I'd be happy to get Q out... it would unbalance the
tribe right up front.
And ugh. Yeah... david vs goliath is now stacked. This will be
so messy.

LOL. But I was yelling at them both. One for being an emotional
and spun out blabbermouth and the other for trusting them twice.
But I like the one you don't seem to as much, and I think they
could have gone far as a duo. I don't remember her being so
susceptible to paranoia before.

Yeah, I agree they have/had what it takes to go far as a duo. I
would just be upset because they'd be targeting players I really
like and want to stick around.
And I think maybe the second time around the paranoia factor is
higher because you remember how you felt at point A and point B
and then you know how it turned out and you start second
guessing EVERYTHING on a whole different level.

Episode 4:
Vatu, post-tribal
Yeah, rocking someone solid with a blindside is going to leave
them feeling Shaky. Steph can recognize the writing on the wall
- they didn't trust her to be in on that vote which means her
relationship with all of them is not stable enough to keep her
safe.
Emily is a little too proud of herself, she needs to chill
before she overthinks or becomes an obvious threat.
Angelina showing decent awareness. Ozzy... not quite as much
even though he thinks he is.
Cila -
Talent show... lol. This is one of the most entertaining "we
need to create our own entertainment" things I've seen on
Survivor.

and then Charlie re Rizzo... Charlie my friend, you are taking
this way too hard

Kalo -
Aubry idol hunting. lol. She's got some good lines about
Genevieve looking for her.

Genevieve is just annoying me and I hate that she's found the
idol. And holy crap her plans for the idol. Coldhearted. I mean,
there's playing practically and then there's... that.

Reward/Immunity Challenge

Well that is definitely a unique reward.
Hmmm. Cirie and Genevieve sitting out together on a bench... one
is immediately suspicious that they will both take that as an
opportunity to scheme, um, I mean bond. Well. Same thing there,
right?
The rushing camera shot does a nice job of creating urgency over
what had to in reality be a fairly boring swim.
Please, Jeff. It's not really THAT narrow a deck. They can stand
on it sideways without a problem.
Vatu seriously struggling. Probably not an accident that the
challenge is strength heavy after they eliminated a physically
strong player.
Vatu so far behind they didn't even make it to the puzzle.
Wonder if they'll follow through on that Angelina plan now.

Oh dear. They made a huge mistake in telling Mike that they're
voting out his #1. If you want to separate them and peel her
off... YOU CAN'T TELL HIM THAT SHE'S GOING AWAY. Of course he's
going to try to save her. That was a stupid stupid stupid fn
move.
Angelina is a little too calm about this.
Christian. Awww. Stuck.
And then... wow... Christian seeing RIGHT THROUGH it. Okay,
Christian is much better at this than I thought he was.
Emily might have just dug her own grave. Christian understood
the deal. Emily couldn't see the bigger picture. Only one
section of the picture.

If Mike or Angelina doesn't go home tonight, voting off Q is
going to be seen as one of the most boneheaded moves in the
history of the show.
Emily making some nice points about valuing new relationships.
Mike talking about active manipulation is not working in his
favor there. He didn't know how to duck Jeff's question.
Mike's a class act in leaving. Ozzy... I like Ozzy, but he's
taking this way too hard for someone who blindsided one of his
primary allies last tribal.

Ozzy needs to chill out and LISTEN and decide whether he is
willing to trust what they are saying. He has no ground to talk
about being in on things and trust being built after he
blindsided Steph in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY last tribal. He's
aggravating me right now.
I'm appreciating Christian's game play a lot more right now.
Both his ability to analyze and understand what is going on, and
to take the heat for his decision and protect others along the
way.
Ozzy's gotta get his temper tantrum under control or people
aren't going to care about his fishing. Ah there he goes on a
very purposeful chilling out and working to repair the damage.
He is smart to be paying attention to Christian's gameplay
though and not just dismissing everything as in the past.
Steph - don't get too settled. Two blindsides in two tribals
should not leave you feeling comfortable at all with anything
that's looking solid.

I appreciate Dee recognizing that she needs to be playing her
own game and not just whatever Jonathon and Charlie want to do.
At the same time... I'm not sure she's making the right moves.
And there's Rizo not really seeing that he's getting used again

just a young thing and I have become an old fogey about it?

Coach definitely still annoys me even if I can theoretically be
all for his self-awareness and attempt to change his approach.
However... poor Colby needs to know that being Coach's #1 is
probably still the most dangerous place to be in the game.
The whole nickname thing could be really annoying or really fun
going forward. Right now it's max cheese.
Aubry... respect her ability to analyze and make moves here too.
I hope she goes far.

More Charlie overthinking Rizo's Jury vote. Dude. He put aside
personal to vote for the person he thought played the best game.
All you gotta do is play the best game and you'll get his vote!
Charlie's cover on that idol was not smooth... and yup. Doesn't
believe him at all.
I'm kind of cool with how all of this is playing out based on
the moves people are making.

Immunity/Reward Challenge

And boom. There it is. They're looking to slim the numbers. Down
to double tribals.
Colby, you should not be volunteering to sit this out. It's
going to work against you. Ah. Injured. Nevermind.
Joe doesn't dive? I haven't paid attention before but it's so
much slower to jump in and then power up the swim that I can't
think why he wouldn't unless he doesn't. And yeah, he seems to
have good and worn himself out.
Vatu is working well together for once.
And boom, Kalo has a major lead. If they end up going to tribal,
Tiff should be safe just based on her making up ALL of that lag
for them.
Ozzy is struggling in a way I wouldn't expect him to struggle
with that obstacle. Interesting.
And Jonathon is going to find out where everyone stands. I don't
think he's in danger of being voted off because they want to
keep him for challenges and camp supplies. But I'm betting that
he's getting blindsided on who is going home.

avoid it. Not until you gotta go because you're at endgame. And
omg Rizo is fucking up. You don't lie about things you don't
know the dynamics of. This is why he is not a super player. And
look at that. Kamila is not buying it. But good on her for
playing her cards close to her chest about that.
Devins showing off his guns... hardy har har.
Rizo is annoying me, but I'd probably rather see Charlie go

expected her to get over it. Do NOT TARGET CHRISTIAN TODAY.

I am never giving anyone my shot in the dark. That's asking for
way too much in terms of giving up security. No, no, and hell
no.
And he is screwing up madly because if I was Christian right
now, Ozzy would suddenly be my target. And could probably get
him.
And boom. He went to Emily and fished in a bad way and I now
foresee that Ozzy is going to go tonight.
Oh dear lord. Wait... Christian has another idol/advantage here
somewhere, doesn't he? Or is he actually gambling everything on
giving up his shot in the dark to Ozzy? I mean... either way it
would be a gamble if he played it and I guess I can see
preferring to try to buy trust with it and rely on
political/social game to get through.
But I am sorely disappointed in Ozzy's gameplay here and as much
as he's nice to look at, I'd really be okay with it if he went
home tonight based on how he's playing today (and yesterday).
