We try to do the Science Fiction Double Feature film fest each
year in October. All the movies tagged in the Opening Song of
the Rocky Horror Picture Show:
The Day the Earth Stood Still
Flash Gordon
The Invisible Man
King Kong
It Came From Outer Space
Dr X
The Human Duplicators (Androids, Fighting)
Forbidden Planet
Tarantula
Day of the Triffids
Night of the Demon
When Worlds Collide
Nope, they're not really horror (well, not all of them), but
they're what we do.

I sang along with your list. I did not know the Dana Andrews'
reference!

It's a very cool movie! It's adapted from an M. R. James horror
story called "Casting the Runes."
I also recommend "Burn Witch Burn" which is adapted from Fritz
Lieber's "Conjure Wife."

I found Suspiria (the original) really creepy. Good for
Halloween, witch themed, not for children. (It scared the fuck
out of me seeing it at 35)

There are several Tim Burton movies that would work for
Halloween:
Frankenweenie
Corpse Bride
The Nightmare Before Christmas (previously mentioned)
Beetlejuice (previously mentioned)
Sleep Hollow
Dark Shadows
