Not for nothing that in Wisconsin that an OWI (operating while
intoxicated) is not a felony until you have committed 4 of them.

The Rio Grande Valley doesn't look nearly as dark as I would
have expected. I guess we're just full of terrible drivers, not
drunks.

It looks like Charleston and Hilton Head are very strongly where
South Carolinians go to party.
In Oregon, that pale county is where the state capital is --
perhaps more proof that Salem is a very boring town.
