I seldom look at the site on my IPhone. It’s just too small.
I mostly use the full site on my IPad, occasionally on my Mac
laptop.

Do you switch to the web version when you're on the phone?
Because this would be a rebuild of the mobile version that would
hopefully function well enough that it would make navigating
easy enough that you wouldn't want to do that.

I am too stupid about tech to answer this question. I am
unaware of ever switching anything.

You're not stupid, just unfamiliar with tech terms.
When you look at this site on your phone, do you use the full
site or the mobile site? The mobile site has less functionality.
Typically the site is smart enough to recognize You're on a
mobile device and will normally present you with the mobile
site. You have to scroll down to the bottom and select Full
desktop site (or words to that effect.)
When you're on your phone, does the site look different? That's
the mobile site.
I choose the full site, but after some updates the text is so
small it's annoying and I have to turn my phone to the side and
I still have to make the text larger.

Use the full site on my phone, held sideways. Ha! I thought the
font looking small was my eyesight! Went to the ophthalmologist.

I think multiple responses would just be confusing.
Pick one and move on people!
Kidding, but I do think it would be a lot. Overthinker here,
maybe.

Yes... if your reaction is too complicated for just one
response, it's time to followup and use your words to explain
why you both love and hate it or whatever.

I only use the site at home, so on my laptop. A mobile app isn't
something I'd likely use. But if I did, it would be android.
Otoh, I would LOVE to be able to choose more than one reaction.
