       Birds be safe

       Here's a recommendation for a cat collar that prevents them from
       catching birds. The bright colors attract the birds attention
       and can easily see the cat.

       They are bright colored collars that slip on a break-away
       collar. They look cute.
       A little background on why I brought up this topic here, aside
       from the large cat lover population here:
