This is Hayley :-* We rescued her two years ago; she had been
dumped pregnant onto a reservation in New Mexico, and raised
puppies under an abandoned building for a couple months. She
and her puppies were then caught in a trap, and the person who
set the trap was going to let them starve to death inside.
Someone else reached out to the local rescue and they saved her
and the puppies. She is the bestest girl, so smart and sweet.
We're so honored to be her pack and give her the life she
deserves. She has her own IG account: hayley.the.rv.dog

Geez, it takes a really sick person to let any creature starve
to death, much less babies of any sort! I'm so glad they were
rescued and you got your girl.

what a lovely dog - and a good photo. It really caught her happy
expression. Does she have any particular preferences for fun?

Hayley is a cutie pie!
What kind of person would go to the effort to trap dogs and then
let them starve. How hard is it to just call a shelter?

Thanks, Salix! She is a pretty and smart girl :)
She is obsessed with her ball. We built her (by "we" I mean
Max) her own doggy park so she can play ball every day that
weather permits. She will dribble the ball inside and throw it
at you to let you know you're late taking her out to play. Her
herding instincts are strong and she's transferred that onto her
ball... she treats it like the cow that escaped from the herd
and must. be. put. back ;D
