Ideas for Thai basil

If I had fish, Thai basil, coconut milk and curry. Any
suggestions? In fact, my Thai basil plant is growing like crazy
so I have LOTS of Thai basil. Ditto for my sweet basil.

I don't know if you have dietary restrictions, but googling a
recipe for a Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad would be one
suggestion. The idea of that salad can be altered to taste.
I also make Pork Meatball Banh Mi - just the meatballs and using
ground chicken rather than pork - the ground chicken I buy for
this recipe is ground thighs. OMG, it's delicious. I just eat
the meatballs with rice and vegetables. This recipe is the
reason why I'm growing basil in my garden. I use the recipe
from Bon Appetit magazine that I found on Epicurious.com before
they put the firewall in place. It may be available online by
googling, though. If you want the recipe and can't find it, let
me know and I'll copy it for you.
One of my most frequent recipes is also from Bon Appetit, via
eipcurious. Roast SAlmon with Thai Red Curry and Bok Choy -
mainly for the curry cream sauce. I'll sometimes just make the
sauce and put it on cooked fish or chicken, the sauce freezes
well. There is no basil in this recipe, but it is an excellent
recipe for the fish, curry, coconut milk

I will probably start with the coconut milk soup. I've made
something similar and should have enough ingredients to pull it
off.
Bonus that it is simple.

I love most Asian food but just cannot adjust to Thai basil, as
I’m not an anise or licorice person. I do love regular basil and
will grow it again when I have my new raised beds planted… next
year for sure!
