Delicious slaw recipe from the River Cottage Cafe (just outside
       Axminster on the Devon/Dorset border)

I used garlic infused olive oil in place of fresh garlic but it
is very tasty! I may add some crushed roasted cashews as a
topping. I will make this again.

Indeed, this slaw was super easy to put together.
I have been reading through the other recipes on their website.
Lots of simple but delicious sounding recipes. I will try a few
       more for sure.

It's also almost all things I have on hand as a rule so doesn't
necessarily require a major trip to the store.
I don't currently have cabbage but I usually do - not generally
both red and green but that's mostly a pretty color thing and
making it for myself I wouldn't care.

Sounds really good. I love coleslaw of all kinds. Definitely
       saving this recipe. Thanks.

I just planted a few plants I bought today and had forgotten I
impulsively bought 6 red cabbage plants. Hopefully nothing eats
them before I get back here to more fully secure my fencing.
