My sympathies on having to say goodbye to Gilbert. I know you
brought much joy to each other's lives.
Ginger is a beauty. And she doesn't have to remain an only
child - - - when, and if, you're ready. 😉
For the record, I said No More, I'm Done after Ricky died, in
2017. We've adopted 3 cats since then (one is with son), and
briefly fostered/had some false starts with 3 or 4 others. So
much for being done. I know you'll make the right decision for
your family. 😽
Oh, and I just got finished looking at the local shelter's
listings. I'm bad.

We watched the movie "Flow" in his honor tonight.
We'll likely get another kitty or two this fall. We'll see.

Heh. We're going to visit a cat shelter today. Will do slow
introductions, etc., with Ginger (our remaining cat).
