Balkan food - has anyone made it?

I watched a reel about Balkan cuisine this morning and this was
one of the featured dishes. Now I want to try making it.

These also appeal to me as I can't abide American (sweet) baked
beans. I only like sweet beans in Asian desserts.

       I haven't made the recipes you've posted. But I have a cookbook
called, "The Eastern European Cookbook" and have cooked various
things from that over the years. The recipe I made the most
times was "Spicy Fish, Slovenian Style." We have enjoyed it and
made it with inexpensive frozen fish - usually cod.

So my husband's family is Serbian on his dad's side.
Interestingly enough I am not familiar with przenice, I will
have to ask my husband why no one in his family makes it. Maybe
it's a breakfast thing. If so we, usually make palacinke
(crepes). This is close to the recipe that we use for
       palacinke:

I have made prebanac in the past, for some reason I haven't
thought about it in a while.

I could eat weight in Bosnian Ajvar! I can no longer eat whole
garlic and it just isn't the same without it, so I don't make
Ajvar anymore. Too bad we lost our local Bosnian restaurant to
the pandemic - that's where I first tasted Ajvar as a spread on
       their wonderful homemade bread.

       That sounds delicious.
Not something I’d make but if I can find a restaurant I’d sure
       try it.
ETA. I have a friend whose ancestry is Serbian. I’ll ask her if
it’s familiar to her and if she knows of a restaurant in
       northern Minnesota thst serves it.

Around here, Ajvar is found in Halal markets as well as markets
that specialize in Eastern European foods. Quality varies by
brand a far bit in my opinion. A reasonable substitute is
       Luteniza (various spellings).
