       I love that old stuff!
Also your tv would require purchasing an antenna (not
necessarily the old large roof mounted ones, but something at
least. Mine is about the size of a shoebox and is mounted on the
exterior of my house). It would need an antenna with a combined
vhf and uhf lead, or a band mixer if the antenna has separate
leads ( I'd recommend getting the single lead if you decide to
try it, just because the less things you add the better
typically). I've done similar on other tvs for a few friends,
but I'd caution you that most places will not give a one hundred
percent refund on an antenna once you open it and try it. The
ones I've bought have been in the under fifty dollar range, so
the gamble on an open-box return fee didn't bother me but of
course ymmv on that as well as whether a store will accept it
       for return at all.
I can't find anyone online who has posted that theyve done it
with this model so I'm pretty much at I'd try this myself
personally, but only after being sure I could return the antenna
       if it didn't work.
Sorry I can't give you a more definitive answer on it working!
