       I like tart desserts.  So a couple years ago, I got confused
       by canned pineapple on sale around Thanksgiving, because I
       couldn't think of anything pineapple related to Thanksgiving.  I
       did some research and I discovered cranberry-pineapple pie.
       Instant love.
       I do wonder woman pie with blueberry, cranberry, and raspberry
       too.

       />  I've just dumped W in pineapple rather than try and cut
       gluten-free crust to fit on top (these crusts tend to be
       fragile-- for double-crust pies I will actually roll out and
       freeze then slap it on top while frozen.  Only way.
       Last year I was on a "one g-free pie every week from
       Thanksgiving to Christmas" kick for my SO as a holiday gift. He
       loved it.  This year, no clue.
