If it's like my old role in a place with similar software I

Mostly. There was supposed to be an admin discussion area, but
it's not showing up properly, will dig into it tonight so that
we can discuss in detail.

I don't want to be a moderator. I want to be the Chairman. The
Chairman has the final word on everything. All members will be
wearing unisex jumpsuits. Everybody will be posting in German.
And Bora will be elevated to vice-Chairman.
