Way, way, way beyond guilty pleasures

Sure, everyone has guilty pleasures. Mine include, but are not
limited to, Dove bars with vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate
coating; popcorn made on the stovetop with lots of butter and
       salt.
What I'm looking for are things you seek out opportunities to
eat that you would never in a million years make for or serve to
       other people.

Here are a few of mine:
Kraft mac and cheese (had it for dinner tonight).
Hot dogs and eggs scrambled together.
Sardines (the double layer can with olive oil).

       Potato chips and dip.
Black licorice which I only have at the lake never at home
because I’d eat way too much.

I’m going to have to try eggs and hot dogs! Wanna make it for
       me?
       😉

When my husband is not around and I can eat whatever I want -
Pasta with anchovies, black olives (the kind that come in a can,
       not kalamata), parsley & garlic.
Bagels with cream cheese and jam (only strawberry or cherry).
Guilty pleasure because I am supposed to be eating more protein
and this does not have enough. But it's my favorite breakfast
A dessert "cup" with dark chocolate chips, raisins, and dry
roasted peanuts. I tell myself it's healthy. I purposely
ignore the fact that it's very caloric. VERY caloric.
Popcorn (made in an air popper) with a little butter, salt, and
nutritional yeast - I eat it with a spoon so I can scoop up more
       of the delicious yeast

Similar to [member=252]farmgirl[/member]'s "desert bowl", but it
starts with a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter. I add
whatever I have around, usually pecan pieces, hemp seed hearts
or rolled oats, raisins or dried cranberries (the dried
cranberries are basically candy, very little nutritional value)
cinnamon, and a bit of maple syrup. Too many calories, higher
in sugar than I should have, and high in fat, but yes, I tell
myself this is a healthier option than many highly processed
sweets I ate before I made all of the changes when I have to
have something that feels decadent. I don't eat this very
often. Sometime it is just two tablespoons of tahini with a bit
of maple syrup and some salt. A couple of bites of that is very
       satisfying.
       Plain potato chips on sandwiches.
I bit of ketchup on vegetable and egg scramble, but only if
there is potato in the vegetable mix.
Sauerkraut and egg sandwiches with Vegenaise. Some people think
the very idea is gross, but I love it.

       Another guilty pleasure - liverwurst.
I absolutely love it. It's salty, fatty and the protein/fat
ratio is terrible but I love it. And now I want it for
       breakfast!
There is clearly a high salt content to my guilty pleasures, eh.

My guilty pleasures mostly come in a bag and are covered with
       orange cheezy dust.

Sourdough or other good toasting bread
       Peanut Butter
       and
       Bacon
       OMG do I love that.

Oh, I relate. I stopped eating that stuff a number of years
ago. I'd started to think there must be some hidden wheat
because I was having a bad reaction whevever I ate it.
There is no wheat listed on the labels of what I was eating. I
now realize the bad reaction was most likely due to my eating
pretty much an entire large bag as a single serving. Maybe
consuming 14 oz. (or whatever those large bags contain) was the
       problem, ha!
Portion control and any kind of chips is a real problem for me.
