       lol. I can make macarons, but it is a modified adapted recipe
       that skips some steps that are in the "official" french way to
       do it. But still keeps most of them - but I am not the one who
       made the modifications - that is whoever it is over at food
       network that made the recipe that I used.
       We actually tried 3 different recipes - including the
       complicated one - and these came out the best, so we stuck with
       them. By we, I mean me and my mom. This was the last cooking
       project that I did with her, learning to make maracons.
       And why did I learn to make them? Because I was watching Kids'
       Baking Championship on Food Network and goddammit if a 12 year
       old can make a macaraon, SO CAN I!!!!
