       Creamy mushroom pasta

       I cooked up the rest of the fresh oyster mushrooms I bought
       yesterday for today's lunch.  I really love this recipe too, but
       the balsamic glazed oyster mushrooms – Shawarma style is the
       best.  I will use that spice and glaze on vegetables and tofu if
       I can't find any fresh oyster mushrooms.

       I may have to see if I can figure out a place to grow oyster
       mushrooms so I can have them more often.  I really miss eating
       fresh mushrooms!
