Your muscles keep time too. How circadian rhythms affect your wo

This is fascinating to me, that we have circadian clocks in our
muscles. It makes sense, but I had never thought about it quite
       like this before.
I have known for a long time that my body feels better and works
better in the early part of the day. I am definitely a morning
exerciser. I also do all of the more physical tasks of life
earlier in the day if at all possible, like hauling groceries or
laundry up the stairs, or hauling garbage down the stairs, etc.
My joints feel stronger in the early part of the day, and I
believe they feel stronger because the muscles that support my
joints feel stronger. Times I have shifted workouts to evening
for a day or two out of scheduling necessity always felt
terrible by comparison, even when I was in my 20s.

       This is fascinating. :)
I'm a night owl - always have been since I was a little kid.
Doing anything in the morning is painful to me - exercise
included. Any injuries I've sustained have been through
accidents during early morning workouts. Even my "wordle" and
"connections" results are far better in the afternoon and
evening than they are in the morning!
And so I aim for afternoons for anything important. I do all my
creative work at night. I guess I could try to change my
circadian rhythms like the article says is possible....
