       Teff seed bread

This recipe is gluten free and vegan. I finally made my first
two loaves of this today, and I think it is delicious! It is
not traditional sandwich bread, but I think it will work for me.
I hope I have found a good replacement for the gluten free bread
I have been buying, but I will have to see how it freezes. The
recipe suggests storing in the refrigerator of freezer, so it
should freeze well. I don't think I am saving much if any money
on how much a loaf costs, but it might be a bit cheaper than the
store bought bread. It is a very easy recipe if I made it work
the first try. I have never been very good at baking.

This looks really good. I've only had teff in injera, and really
like the taste. My attempt at injera was a disaster, this might
       work.
