Watched Promising Young Woman last night.
I have a lot of thoughts about it, but I'll leave it at this: I
loved it.

Yesterday I watched the second Jumanji movie. It was silly and
fun and exactly what I was looking for.

I love that movie. I finally watched it last month. I have
watched it three more times since.

Johnson and Ryan Reynolds just dropped an explosion man movie on
Netflix and it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect, so if
you like them you'll like it.
Johnson isn't really aging all that well, I find. When
Reynolds' character mentioned that the back of his (Johnson's)
head looked exactly like a giant penis I about died.

Apocalypse Now Redux (2001 extended version).
I'd never seen the orig, so this is a big thing for me to
finally see it.
Martin Sheen & Duvall are so damn young (I didnt even recognize
Fishburne) - cant wait to eventually see Brando (not quite there
yet).

It is so good! I trip out on that show, and this week was
superb. The ending scene was perfection. This family orbiting
around the bullying malignant narcissist must have been written
by someone who is deeply in touch with that experience.

Does anyone here watch Shark Tank? We have watched it for years
and it's still so much fun.
Unfortunately last Friday I was drinking wine and watching Shark
Tank and actually went online and bought one of the products.
It's this 4 corner plastic thing that is supposed to keep your
sheets from wadding up in a ball in the washer and dryer.
Do not buy this. It does not work.

I've seen random episodes, and I'm sometimes tempted to buy
stuff. I did see one about the single serving cheese crisps
that looked good. I stumbled across something similar at
Costco, but it was a big bag. It was OK, but it didn't quite
have the texture I imagined.
