We're partway through the Around the World in 80 Days adaptation
on PBS.
And I'm a little concerned for David Tennant's health, he's even
skinnier than usual in it. Maybe it was just for the role.

LOVED it! It was a joy to watch, start to finish.

Oooh that's a reminder that I need to watch the last episode!
Thanks!

I don't know what platform you are using for streaming, so this
may be of no help. But NBC (not Peacock) has a free channel on
Roku, and the NBC website posts episodes of programming. I
checked and both have posted the reboot. I have no idea how long
they keep them up. Maybe something will be available for you.

I watch tv on the computer. I haven't owned a tv since the
switch from analog. You're right, sometimes they post episodes.
Sounds like maybe the reboot wasn't good though..

The writing was pretty heavy-handed at the beginning, and most
of the acting wasn't good enough to overcome the bad writing. My
post-op sleep schedule is wonky, so I admit to falling asleep
about 1/2 - 2/3 through. I'll give it one more episode to see if
they hit their stride. But I think Wolf has lost his touch.

Finished 1883. Just sobbed through the whole last episode. I
know the critics mostly panned it but I looked forward to each
week.

I'm glad I didn't see the critics' opinions then, because I
enjoyed it too. I'd like to see more like it.

I watched "The French Dispatch" last night. It wasn't Wes
Anderson's best film, but it was still quite amusing to watch
(like all of his movies).

And you shall! Apparently they're doing another prequal. 1932 or
something like that.
