       Favorite gluten free pizza crust

       Thank you, this looks do-able! When my husband can eat
       reasonably normally again, I'd like to give it a whirl. However,
       I've never made pizza, didn't eat it growing up, and haven't
       eaten it in years. I'll have to figure out what to top it with
       -- "easy vegetarian pizza toppings" is the search term I'm
       thinking of.

       Also, Thetis, do you use her gluten-free flour mix? I haven't
       seen sweet rice flour in years -- my health food grocery used to
       carry it, but no more. For that matter I don't have extra-fine
       brown rice flour either. I guess it's down to Bob's 1:1 or King
       Arthur Measure-for-Measure for me.

       I use Bob's Red Mill 1:1.

       poolish
