I am so so sorry, Billie.
I know you loved her to pieces. I know she loved you back. It's
a precious gift sharing your life with a kitty (ok, with any
loving pet, but kitties are the best).
This is a sad time (that's an understatement), but hopefully,
eventually, remembering her will bring you much joy and will be
a blessing.
We will all miss her.

bring more comfort than grief.

And let's not forget how rabid she was about burrowing into warm
laundry fresh from the dryer. You put body parts in danger if
you attempted to take clothing from the pile to fold.
Just now doing a load and it triggered that memory.
