Whoever tasted this is a brave soul. What's Mikey doing these

Wow on the champagne tasting! As an aside, it's fascinating
that countries are storing wine underwater, which slows the
       aging process.
But who in their right mind would taste champagne that was
bottled in 1852????? That is 171 years old!!! The fact that
the tasting revealed an "empyreumatic*" note, along with "animal
notes" "wet hair and cheese" made me throw up a little bit in my
mouth! Just because something is there doesn't mean you have
       to ingest it, you know?
       * looked up empyreumatic: "the smell and taste associated with
       burning vegetable and animal matter".
