Ani, see! Sis you catch the last slap joke?

Which one?
They're playing Kimmel off the stage and he's thanking the
"crisis" team.

The number of shows without incidence sign when the credits were
rolling. I counted 8.

Number of Oscars without an incident. Yup. Caught it. That one I
could kind of see as reasonable and not the kind of dickhead
joke that the earlier one that I caught was.

I couldn't decide if having Lenny Kravitz playing during the In
Memoriam was a nice touch or a massive distraction.

He was okay to me. But I found the fade out from the
side-by-side pictures distracting. It was too rapid. Don't try
to save a fraction of a second on the memoriam reel!! If you're
pressed for time, maybe don't insert a damn Disney promo in an
awards show. Let Disney buy its own commercial. Sheesh.
Also, the blurb at the end about going to the website to see
tributes to "others" -- does that mean they left some folks out
on purpose? If so, see my Disney comment.

How do you think they were able to afford Jimmy Kimmel as host?
That WAS a paid ad. 🤣😂🤣

I didn't watch, but I looked at photos of the red carpet
fashion. The two looks I liked most were Harvey Guillen's
amazing twirlable suit, and, as per usual, Cate Blanchette
looked incredible. Gorgeous dress.

They both seemed genuinely shocked. I love that.
