       All American Beef Stew

       Straight from the kitchen of J. Kenji Lopez-Alt. It's probably
       the best beef stew I've made.

       As soon as I saw the new post title, I wondered if you were
       talking about Kenji's recipe. Yep. I haven't made it yet, mainly
       because, inertia, I guess. Sounds like it is really worth
       trying. Thanks.

       I have a ridiculous number of his recipes bookmarked to try out.
       Next on my list is his oven pulled pork.
