       One pot garlic parmesan pasta

       Made this last night and it was quick, easy and really good.
       Of course I added a little more garlic than the recipe called
       for, and I used capellini instead of fettucine.  Made it with
       skim milk and it was still creamy and yummy.
       Also added sauteed mushrooms, spinach and shrimp.
       Note:  The recipe I actually used was a little bit different,
       but I couldn't locate it online for posting. It called for
       cooking the garlic in olive oil, and then adding the butter
       along with the broth and milk.
