The good news: caf had individual chicken pot pies. Puff
pastry crust.
The bad news: too many peas.
I didn't know it was possible to have too many peas!
I made myself a grilled cheddar and garden tomato sandwich. And
a smoothie with a frozen banana in it.
Full disclosure: one pea is too many peas. But this really had
a lot. Ew. I'll trade for your sandwich.

Breakfast tacos. Scrambled eggs, pan fried diced potatoes,
yellow squash, and orange bell pepper, with dried chives, sea
salt, and red pepper flake topped with smashed pinto beans, Fody
salsa, and coconut milk yogurt on corn tortillas.

Is that a thing? or are you cleaning out the frig?
I like both of these, but can't quite picture them together.

Breaded pork chops = last night's dinner.
I didn't have any bacon or sausage. So pancakes and pork chops.
It was really good, especially when I dragged the chops through
the syrup.

I am jealous of all the good lunches here. I made some no bake
coconut oatmeal cookies this morning, ate a bunch of dough,
decided it was good so then ate several cookies. Then I had
sharp cheddar and crackers.
I’d better head to the gym soon. At least they don’t serve
snacks there.

Yum!
Oldest asks me to make oatmeal raisin cookies and then eats all
the dough while the first batch is in the oven.
