Yay! More food I didn't cook.
A vegan Reuben made with grilled tempeh and house made
sauerkraut on fresh gluten free bread from my favorite local
vegetarian bakery/cafe. Hopefully, I can still eat those
without issues - because I just ate one like I had not eaten for
days. It was so very satisfying.

Grilled cheese sandwiches, a large cup of tea, and a strawberry
soda (hey, I saw it on the menu and I haven't had one since I
was a kid. Fond fond memories...)

Leftover grilled chix thighs in an Asian-ish marinade, grilled
baby bok choy.
What I really want is pasta on top of pizza under a mound of
mashed potatoes.

Mozzarella & Salami omelette. With home fries and a bagel. And
tea. Okay, maybe I'm just having late breakfast, but my mouth is
highly anticipating it...

Omelette's it is!!!!
I just roasted asparagus marinated with lemon basil vinaigrette
until tender. And then added that to an omelette with a light
sprinkle of Mexican cheese.
I was starving and this was divine. :)

I have been craving bread lately, so a roasted veggie sandwich.
Chinese eggplant, carrot, kale, red bell pepper tossed with
extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs
and roasted, served on gluten free vegan bread (from my favorite
bakery) with a thin spread of Hope spicy avocado hummus and a
sprinkling of roasted sunflower seeds. Fresh strawberries for a
side.

A three egg omelette with spinach sauteed in extra virgin olive
oil with salt and pepper finished with some of that Abruzzi
black truffle salt (holy crap that stuff is good, a little goes
a long way too) and fresh chives. Fresh cantaloupe and red
grapes. I am a bit too full now.
Ha! Look at this little guy go!

Leftover steak tips (yay) and grilled veggies, to which I added
rather more of an unexpectedly hot habanero than was strictly
wise.
