IMPORTANT: Forum Permissions

We really need to handle this. I'm not sure if everybody has
rights to edit and sticky topics and stuff but it is a potential
problem. I know that my whole team can moderate my private
forums which I do not want. I can moderate the entire forums and
obviously I won't abuse that but I don't see any reason for me
to be able to do this. Can somebody please explain why everybody
has all these permissions and change it?

On hcdivisionals.tk this happened as well. Then the site got
eliminated. This is what normally happens at the start of a site
so don't worry.

From everything I can see it is fixed. Only thing is now I have
an Admin thing at the top of my screen. It doesn't let me do
anything there other then modify usergroups. I believe if I
tried I would be able to make myself an admin and edit the site
or modify forum permissions.

I have fixed the issue

the "Regular Members" box was checked for some reason. It is un
checked now.
Technically GMs are also considered "Regular Members".

Now it gives me options to remove or lock any topic.
