       Roster Limits

       For all those that have been wondering / asking about it: the
       roster limit is 9 for all teams.
       Roster limits will be ignored for the first week, but starting
       Week 2 Day 1, roster limits will be enforced.
       Teams with more then 9 people on their roster 1 hour before
       gametime will forfeit the match 4-0, as stated in the Official
       HCD Rulebook Rule 6.7 and all applying subrules.
