       6.7.4 If a team is over the roster limit 1 hour before any game,
       they automatically forfeit the game 4 - 0
       has been modified too

       Added 3.3.8: teams having problems with submitted an MR are to
       contact admins.
       IF this happens, the admins will just do the MR and no penalties
       shall be awarded to the team provided they contacted the admins
       before the 48 hours were up.
